Hi! Finally a blog that is right for my case!
I have a small PV system (3,05 kWp) became operational in November 2007 (no account of energy!).
The GSE balance for 2009 is a real misery! Do I have wrong size my system (I do not think, at least not under the old rules), the counts will be wrong (I do not think .....) or, as I suspect, this is a huge, huge rip-off?? Accounts of four that I made, I have introduced into the network much more energy than you consume, but .... conquaglio between advances and to depreciate the investment made in 2007, without considering interest and appreciation, it takes me 10 - 12 years !! It seems a little too ..... you can do to return to the old exchange on the spot? An event?? ... No, we are few, but we could flood the mail someone ... not the GSE, those rules apply only!
However, I plan to soon publish my data consumption / production .... I would like someone to clarify in more detail on some things (for example, despite two-hourly, for people like me who produces more than consumed, should concentrate consumption during peak hours, which then are times when my implanted produces in order to consume the energy they produce?).

I think I can answer al nostro amico, che non mi ha lasciato il nome, che senz'altro conviene consumare l'energia di giorno in autoconsumo, perchè così ci sarà un risparmio sulla bolletta da pagare, poichè è energia consumata in tempo reale che non passa attraverso la rete.
Per quanto riguarda il vecchio meccanismo dello Scambio sul Posto anche io vorrei che tornassero le vecchie regole, ma come ho più volte detto i Grandi Interessi prevalgono sui Piccoli Interessi, anche se noi siamo molti.
