Will GSE € 0.4033 per kwh produced by my system for 20 years, no one told me when and how will this payment. As Concerning energy that leads have not received any communication from my manager. When and how to pay? 25kwh produce per day and 8.9 kwh consumption, I think I'm self-sufficient and therefore to the credit of energy. Regards.

I'm not surprised to learn that Mario does not know the mechanism of the energy bill and exchange on the spot, unfortunately I have already had occasion to note that many sellers and installers of plants are more interested in selling than anything else, not everyone understands.
mechanisms mentioned above are regulated by legislation, by visiting the website of the GSE, it's all available with a click of the mouse.
With net metering the GSE recognizes a sort of reimbursement for the bills and did enel kwh input (what we put on our system and then we produce) is worth very much less than what makes us pay Enel per kwh that we collected, the way things are for the benefit of great interest.
My blog received several reports like this of Mr. Mario ... welcome to the "Club of Photovoltaic not satisfied" with regard to the mechanism of Net metering.
In Italy many of us to be "not satisfied" with this "-photovoltaic net metering" for which we earn interest.
certain people and decided to protest in (which I do not alone, and that is why I am trying to set up a group ) are not great, everything seemed resigned, but I do not give , although it is all according to law, regulated by legislation, with specially designed !
