My 3 KW system was ready in October 2008 but the number of mistakes it for ENEL connected 15 April 2009. I thought that by June of 2010 I would do the adjustment, but to date I have not seen anything yet. I continued to pay regular bills, Enel, and winter is almost normal bills, because the production is poor and especially the consumption takes place at night, this bill last summer for € 77.00, and already I expect that I will not have the balance before the next winter.
The incentive is valid but no adjustment.

Silvano Thanks for reporting your experience, are sure you receive the balance, because GSE pay, unfortunately according to the mechanism that has been imposed under the new legislation.
