Hai ragione anche sul fatto che dobbiamo dire cosa non va in questo contorto meccanismo di scambio sul posto , era così semplice prima, chissà qual'è la ragione per cui lo hanno reso così contorto e difficile da capire e mi riferisco in particolare ai conteggi.

E' vero che bisogna incentivare e spingere sull'investimento nelle energie alternative, ma chi decide di avere un impianto fotovoltaico con la convinzione che le bollette dell'energia elettrica non le paga più, deve sapere che non sarà così; deve sapere che il kwh prelevato vale più del kwh immesso.
