After two years, the synthesis that I draw is that just a poor fool like me can live 40 years without learning that Italian scams here or do or subjection , le posizioni intermedie sono eccezioni.
Avevo stimato un rientro di 1.600 euro + circa 600 di bolette risparmiate= 2.400 euro anno che mi avrebbero consentito di rientrare nella spesa in 9/10 anni.
Di fatto invece complessivamente la cifra non supera i 2.100 euro anno (a causa della modifica del meccanismo del SSP), per cui il rientro della spesa si allunga a 13 anni (sempre che non si presentino imprevisti).
Ma la cosa peggiore è che dopo due anni ho smesso di tentare di capire le bollette o le comunicazioni che arrivano dal GSE , dire che sono incomprensibili non è sufficiente, e non è corretto neppure definire demenziali, perchè sono genialmente pensate con dolo per dissuadere dal tentare di capire; e la ciliegina è il numero verde, spacciato come il volto buono dell'organizzazione e che invece è solo la manifestazione più subdola di un potere soverchio e cinico.
La sintesi è che a chiunque mi chieda consiglio, gli dico di non cadere in questo baratro, ma di giocare in borsa o al casinò or to hide the money under a brick or at least as far as possible from the sun.

fully agree with the position of Emaneule, except with regard to the resignation to bear this situation without doing anything, it's an uphill battle, very difficult. I'm very disappointed, not angry, then I can live peacefully, trying to claim a "right" to many small interest, because the rule changes and the mechanism of net metering is to the benefit of a few big interests.
