I would like to clarify one thing though .......
To assess this new convoluted mechanism SSP must be taken into consideration only and exclusively the year 2009 that ended with the payment of any compensation, 2009 to July 2010 .....
So to calculate the best time to return of capital with this new mechanism is needed:
- Total CE incentive on all 2009 production
- Total grossed SSP 2009 (advance + balance)
- Total savings since dall'autoconsumo (considering the pro rata billing day of Enel's not forget that one kWh consumed is considered to be in the right wing of the levy and not the lowest!)
only way you can calculate how much you "make" in a year the plant.
In your calculations to take seven months of 2010 related to incentive production (speaking of money credited to the EC in July 2010 but has not yet been paid and will be paid on 31 October with the production of August!) and expenses for sampling ... then you must necessarily be included in revenue as well as 7 months (virtual) SSP (eg 7 / 12 of total received by the SSP for the GSE 2009).

L'altra realtà è che chi vende impianti non ha il coraggio di dire la verità e ancora oggi parla di bollette "azzerate" pur sapendo (o peggio non sapendo!!) che nella realtà non è così.
Questo SSP ha peggiorato le nostre condizioni contrattuali e, peggio ancora, è per certi versi incomprensibile, ma non a tal punto di dire "non ne vale la pena".

Sono fiera di produrre energia con il mio impianto fotovoltaico utilizzando l'energia del sole, la mia scelta fa bene al pianeta: Sono delusa, dal fatto che a prevalere sia sempre la legge del denaro e che quindi le cose "belle" vengano rovinate. Il nuovo meccanismo dello SPP mi delude, ma non mi fa arrabbiare, è solo che per carattere non riesco a subire passivamente, e se qualcosa mi sembra "non equo" reagisco e cerco di fare qualcosa...non importa if others are stronger and more powerful, I still have to try to change things, not to try would be a defeat.
