STILL HERE OTHER EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE INDICATED
_____________________
I have installed the system in 2006, I can not complain of incentives "tariff", but I lation of the pseudo exchange all right on the spot. When there was still the on-site exchange energy, in 2007, I had a debt to my energy provider 600kwh about a year and I paid € 37. In 2008, the accounts have deteriorated slightly (I paid more), to fall from 2009 when no more exchanges monetize energy but the energy exchanged by means of convoluted formulas. Result: I pay bills ranging from 40 € in the summer months up to 90 € for the winter getting in "exchange" a little cash and sending smoke into the savings anticipated.
should really do something about this new on-site exchange (or theft) by law
_____________________ E 'no doubt that the new contract and' detrimental to me when I have proposed again in 2009, then the system I built in 2010, I was told that a reset of the bill but so 'is not, and I can not understand why' in Italy one can not 'trust anyone much less of our government, I do not have reliable data because ' e' entrato in produzione il 4 agosto e fino adesso non ho visto neanche un euro nè dal conto energia nè dal conguaglio.

The first year of operation with Enel went smoothly as oil. I received one bill for the settlement in which I was charged only costs related to the difference between the kWh consumed and the products (in my case, so the cost of only about 64 khw).
With the transition to GSE things have changed - for the worse of course - both economically and as regards the control of data input. In fact, I started to receive bills showing Enel to pay only the data of samples from the portal while GSE is not dangerous to extrapolate data entries (Excel tables present are not clear, do not contain summary data nor those related to the quarters with the given initial and final prerequisite to check with the counter data Enel ....).
I wonder how it is possible that Enel, in spite of the different activities / areas of competence, was managing the service better than the GSE, a body created specifically for this role?
Under the new system the user is heavily penalized because the cost of KHW consumed is considerably higher than the product.
I doubt whether the operating costs of the new structure (GSE) have been placed at our expense ..... but please provide us at least a service "Decent "!!!!
myself I would take action in favor of class action and in the meantime maybe some 'because of pressure on the GSE shall provide full and comprehensive information. Besides, we also provide a service where we least expect it ....
