I received a message from Mr. Roberto, who suggested I write to Federconsumatori area of \u200b\u200bresidence. If we do many, many, maybe we can make ourselves heard, to find someone who will listen, raise interest and to "our issue". Here's what he wrote to Mr Roberto Federconsumatori:

La Federconsumatori di Belluno e Potenza sono già attive in merito a questa problematica, qualora vi serva come riferimento.
L'ingente investimento che ciascun consumatore sostiene per installare un impianto fotovoltaico viene fatto anche in funzione dell'ammortamento del costo sulla base della Tariffa Incentivante e dello Scambio Sul Posto (SSP). Il nuovo regime dello SSP risulta essere ingannevole e fraudolento nel mancato rispetto del principio sul quale si poggia.
Ci faccia per cortesia sapere in quale modo la Federconsumatori possa supportare questa iniziativa e nel caso in cui vi servano materiale e dati a sostegno diamo la nostra piena disponibilità.
