I also installed in early 2008 by a 3.4 kWh photovoltaic system "net metering". The plant was designed so that we can be almost completely automoni. The year 2008 went smoothly as oil. Enel I received one bill in which I was made to the balance of kwh charged for the only difference between kWh consumed and those products - about 64 kwh).
With the transition to the GSE's all changed - for the worse of course - both economically and as regards the possibility of monitoring and verification of data input.
Mi lamento soprattutto del fatto che andando sul sito GSE i dati non sono per nulla chiari e trasparenti (le tabelle excel sono astruse ed in un formato che ti innervosisce solo a vederle...). Non c'è un quadro riepilogativo in cui si dica l'impianto ha iniziato ad immettere il..... immissioni 1 trimestre 2010 tot XXX (dati iniziali e finali da contatore enel quindi verificabili) e così via.
Senza considerare il fatto che non si può evincere il dato relativo all'autoconsumo se non facendo i conti a mano facendo la differenza tra i dati dell'inverter e quelli del contatore Enel.
I wonder one thing: it is possible that Enel although different sectors / activities to be followed would provide a better service than the GSE, a body created specifically for this task?
It occurs to me that in Italy are still being set only to institutions and companies to create "chairs" ..
and download on the public (in this case us) the transaction costs!!
However I am also available to any action of "class action" as have been completely distorted the rules of the game without giving us users, but also "energy suppliers" no say!
you immediately Demanding greater transparency and completeness of published data from the site!
For the latter thought to send a note to the GSE, a little effort can do ....
