WHEREAS

Following 06.04.2009 of the tragic earthquake that struck the Abruzzo L'Aquila, as well as our City, were issued a series of legislative measures (laws decrees, laws of conversion, ministerial ordinances, etc.) in order to make possible interventions popular support for both the immediate and for the future.

Among these, I consider most important and incisive, there are provisions for interest loans and grants, necessary for the reconstruction of houses primary, secondary and business and professional.

course - because, as always happens - there are those who want to take advantage of existing facilities, considering "smart" that the rules adopted provide for the possibility of control by the municipalities and not only that, but even greater transparency administration, is to facilitate and support state.

By the way, I want to remember, that Parliament ha approvato una disposizione con la quale si riconosce la natura di indennizzi, e non di contributi, per i finanziamenti destinati alla ricostruzione e previsti dall’art. 3, comma 1, del D.L. 28 aprile 2009 convertito nella Legge 24 giugno 2009.

VISTO CHE

l’art. 4 dell’Ordinanza del P.C.M. n°. 3779 del 6 giugno 2009 stabilisce che “…. I comuni effettuano controlli a campione, anche tramite sopralluoghi, sull’esecuzione dei lavori nella misura pari al 30% dei soggetti che hanno percepito il contributo……”  e continua precisando che “ Quando viene accertata la mancata carry out all or part of the project, the municipality shall withdraw its contribution or reduction ... .. "

WHEREAS

Article. 5 of the Order provides, in virtue of administrative transparency, which " Municipalities must provide maximum information to the public in relation to the contribution of the procedure, using for this purpose any useful advertising tool ...."

NOTICED THAT

The provisions of this article was complied by several municipalities within the so-called "crater", first of all, L'Aquila, with the publication of lists of the results of usability testing, the lists of beneficiaries of the subsidy for autonomous systems, lists of grant recipients for the reconstruction with dossier

VIEW THAT

This mode of information guarantees the utmost respect for open government

ASKS

the SV to know:

1. As a citizen of Castelvecchio Subequo have applied for the award of MAP;

2. any list prepared for the assignment of the MAP;

3. names of the beneficiaries of the use of MAP;

4. results of usability testing;

5. list of possible beneficiaries of the subsidy for autonomous systems;

6. list of applications submitted in relation to the outcomes A, B and C;

7. list of applications submitted on the outcome E;

8. list of grant recipients for the reconstruction

9. possible list of reconstruction practices facilitated suspended and the reasons (lack of documentation and to integrate, DURC wrong, etc.).

The above in order to enable the undersigned, as the minority leader, to be able to inform the local population and beyond.
